Welkom bij het resultatenportaal van How Are You Diagnostics. Hier kun je je uitslag bekijken zonder de app te gebruiken. Vul de barcode in die op het resultatenkaartje uit je kit staat. De barcode begint met 123HAY.

Heb je een vraag over de testuitslag?

Heb je vragen over je uitslag of wil je weten welke vervolgstap passend is? Dan adviseren wij om contact op te nemen met een arts, de GGD of een andere zorgprofessional. Voor praktische vragen over het gebruik van het portaal kun je contact opnemen met onze klantenservice.

Heb je een uitslag die in de app als urgent wordt gemarkeerd, neem dan dezelfde dag nog contact op met de huisarts of een huisartsenpost. Bij ernstige klachten zoals benauwdheid, bewustzijnsverlies, hevige pijn of snel zieker worden, bel 112.

For practical questions about using the portal, please contact our customer service team.

If you have a result that is marked as urgent in the app, contact your GP or an out-of-hours GP service that same day. In case of severe symptoms such as shortness of breath, loss of consciousness, severe pain, or rapidly becoming more ill, call 112.
